If Atlas doesn't sell them weapons someone else will anyways. The market is big enough that we won't feel a dent like that.
That sounds like your average company where I'm from, not just video games. Though I'm pretty sure the propaganda department had a videogame division? I dunno I was only in there for a few months before I got moved.
