CANON SUMMARY Broke nerd agrees to kill his way to the top of the assassin rankings in order to sleep with the mysterious woman inviting him into the gauntlet; turns out she's scamming him. After some years as an assassin, including a revenge bender, he tries to settle down. He marries the woman and has some kids with her, but the oppressive reality of his life as a killer can't be undone. He flees, ostensibly for his family's safety, but also because he just wants to find himself again. After a year of soul-searching, he's now trying to harmonize all his lives. (Good luck, asshole.)
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION 5’10”, athletic with a slim build with broad shoulders, dark hair worn in punky spikes, ice blue eyes, and a scar over his left eye. He’s never without a pair of aviator sunglasses, even indoors or at night. His wardrobe is a rotating collection of skinny jeans, studded leather jackets in obnoxious colours, vintage and nerdy t-shirts, and skater shoes. The best Johnny Knoxville vibes, basically. Canon ranges from age 27 to 39 and I tend towards 37-39.
THE VIBES Loud but friendly! "A modern day samurai." (He's very much a white boy.) Hard moral code (that happens to include killing for sport), honest and determined. Deeply sincere, aspirationally righteous. Loves living without limits. Hardworking for anyone he respects enough to want to learn from, content to do grunt work. Ambitious, but only for his interests; he can analyze the entire filmography of his favourite director in lurid detail but you'll never catch him working his way up a corporate ladder. Eclectic taste in media, rife with pop culture references. A total misfit, somewhat obnoxious but he means well. Few but dedicated friends. Incredibly gullible, and will give anything a shot. Filthy language.

DISLIKES Cosplay, superhero media, AAA video games, aliens, Final Fantasy 6. (He's not an asshole about these, just vocal in ribbing them! He can very much vibe with people regardless of disagreements.)
